Due to the number of custom orders we receive, the turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks for items like name blocks. If you have ordered a ready to ship item like our Keepsake Rattle with a custom item, both products will be shipped together once your custom order is complete.
During a sale period or Christmas time it might be a couple days more.
